Storage
Like many other apple varieties, the Golden Delicious apple variety is well suited for storage. Under optimal conditions, the apple will keep in the refrigerator until March. But storage in a cool room or at room temperature is also possible – depending on the temperature, however, the fruit should then be eaten more quickly. As with all apple varieties, do not store together with other ethylene-sensitive fruits, as they will wilt more quickly.
