Ayurvedic power drink, vegan

First, make the spice paste. Place cinnamon, turmeric, coriander, ginger, and water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over low heat for five minutes. Once a thick paste has formed, it’s best stored in a small screw-top jar. The paste will keep in the refrigerator for about four days. To make the golden milk, mix the warm almond milk with about 1 teaspoon of the paste and sweeten with agave syrup, if desired. Finally, add the coconut oil and a pinch of black pepper. You have a super-healthy, Ayurvedic drink with anti-inflammatory, immune-boosting, and wake-up properties.
