Gooseberry trifle

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small jar compote, gooseberry
  • some gooseberries, fresh and ripe
  • 1 pack of cream powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 300 ml milk
  • 100 g biscuits, (coconut macaroons)
  • 4 tbsp sweet sherry
  • 100 ml whipped cream, half-whipped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dessert with alcohol

Prepare the vanilla cream powder with the milk according to the package instructions. Spoon some vanilla cream into each glass and top with macaroons (reserve a few for decoration). Drizzle the macaroons with sherry. Spread a layer of gooseberry compote over the top and cover with vanilla cream. Decorate each glass with a little cream, fresh gooseberries, and a few macaroons. Serve.
