Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 200g Gorgonzola
- 400 ml cream
- 1 leaf of sage
- 1 tbsp vegetable broth, possibly less if the cheese is very salty
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
easy and fast
If the Gorgonzola has a rind or mold, remove it. Heat the cheese in the cream and let it melt. Add the sage, pepper, and granulated stock. Once the heat is complete, remove the sage leaf. Serve with pasta.
