Gorgonzola Spinach Pasta with Salmon

- 500 g Pasta
- 900 g Spinach
- 200 g Gorgonzola
- 2 packet Tk – salmon
- Salt pepper
- Boil the pasta, drain.
- Heat the spinach in a saucepan together with the Gorgonzola until both are well warmed and have combined. Season to taste with a little salt and pepper, add the pasta and mix everything well.
- Now just fry the defrosted salmon in a pan with a little oil and cut into small pieces with the spatula, pour over the spinach noodles and carefully fold in.
- 4th tip tastes better with fresh spinach, then the preparation time is slightly longer because the spinach still has to be cleaned, washed and a little pre-cooked. Good hunger.
