Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • ½ kg goulash (pork)
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 3 bell peppers, red, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fat
  • 1 large can of tomatoes
  • 1 pack of Maggi spice mix no. 3
  • 2 liters of water
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Heat the fat in a casserole dish and add the finely chopped onion. Simmer briefly. Then add the goulash. Season with salt and continue cooking until the meat is tender. Now add the finely chopped bell peppers and cook for about 10 minutes. Add Maggi Seasoning Mix No. 3 and add about 2 liters of water, then continue cooking for about 45 minutes. Mix a little flour and water in a small bowl and use it to thicken the goulash. Tastes good with pasta or potatoes.
