Ingredients

  • 1 kg Beef
  • 8 Onion
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 Paprika
  • 5 g Lasloz goulash spice from Sonnentor
  • 1,5 L Vegetable stock

Instructions

  • Preheat briquettes and place a good 6 pieces under the DO. Fry the diced beef. Roughly chop the onion and bell pepper and place in the DO with all the other ingredients. Simmer with strong top heat (use remaining briquettes). Here, too, the following applies: Due to the liquid, it is not a problem to keep the DO in operation until the briquettes have burned out completely. In the meantime (3 hours) drink a beer, go for a walk or do whatever else is fun. There was no homemade pasta with it.
