Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 12 m.-large bay leaves, dried
  • 20 tbsp sautéed thyme
  • 10 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
  • 7 tbsp paprika powder, rose hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Finely grind the bay leaves in portions in a coffee grinder. Mix with the other spices and briefly grind again. Pour into shakers (perhaps a test tube for gifting). When cooking, you’ll have to experiment a bit until you find your personal preference…
