Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 3 pork fillets
- 2 large cans of mushrooms (champignons or any other variety)
- 1 gr. can/n asparagus
- 1 cup of cream
- 200 g cheese, grated or sliced
- breadcrumbs
- Butter, in flakes
- salt and pepper
- some flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Slice the meat, season, coat in flour, and sear on both sides. Place in a greased casserole dish. Sauté the onions and toss the mushrooms in the flour. Add the chopped asparagus and cream, bring to a boil, and pour over the meat. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, cheese, and butter for the last 10 minutes, and continue baking.
