Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g meat sausage, cut into strips
  • 1 package feta cheese, diced
  • 1 onion(s), sliced
  • Parsley, freshly chopped
  • Oil for frying
  • 6 slice(s) bread(s) to taste
  • Pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Bread with warm sausage pan

Brown the sausage and onion rings in a pan. Finally, add the feta cheese and let it melt slightly. Season to taste with pepper and fresh parsley. Butter two slices of bread per person and arrange the sausage roll evenly on top. We like it served with multigrain bread and a salad. Be careful with the salt—the ingredients are already quite spicy.
