Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 eggs, separated
- 50 g sugar
- ¼ liter cream
- 3 sheets of white gelatin, soaked
- 2 cl cherry brandy
- 1 jar sour cherries, pitted, drained
- chocolate sprinkles

Beat egg whites, whip cream. Soak the gelatin in kirsch and a little cherry juice. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy, then add the dissolved gelatin. Carefully fold in the cream and egg whites. Fill dessert glasses alternately with cream and cherries, finishing with the cream as the last layer, and garnish with chocolate sprinkles (and a few more whipped cream dollops, if desired).
