Basic recipe for pancake batter
- 1 Knife point Ground cinnamon
- 3 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla sugar
- 3 Pc. Clove
- 12 dag Flour
- 250 ml Whole milk
- 1 Pc. Egg
- Salt
For serving
- Icing sugar
- Zest of a lemon

- A tasty and quickly prepared dessert based on my grandmother’s own recipe. A treat not only for children as a small meal, breakfast or dessert.
preparation
- Mix the salted flour with 2/3 of the milk until smooth, then stir in the rest of the milk and the egg.
- Peel, quarter and core the apples and slice them thinly or finely with a kitchen slicer and fold in the dough.
- 3 Pound the small cloves in a mortar with a pestle and stir into the dough along with the cinnamon and sugar.
- Let rest for 10 minutes, then fry small pancakes / pancakes on both sides in hot fat until golden brown.
- Serve warm or cold with icing sugar and a little lemon zest.
