Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g tagliatelle pasta
- Water (salt water)
- 250 ml milk
- 200 ml sour cream
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- possibly morello cherries
- possibly cinnamon

a delicious dessert that I have loved since childhood!
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. In a large pan, heat the milk with sour cream, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Drain the tagliatelle and add it to the pan with the milk mixture. Simmer the tagliatelle for about 25-30 minutes, until the pasta develops a beautiful golden brown crust. Turn lightly several times. If desired, serve the pasta with drained morello cherries and a dusting of cinnamon.
