Grandma's eggnog cheesecake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1.2 kg quark
  • 100 ml oil
  • 8 eggs
  • 350 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 350 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 350 ml eggnog
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla)
  • 100 g raisins
  • 100 g almond flakes
  • Grease for the tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with quark – oil – dough

Mix 200g quark with oil, 1 egg, 100g sugar, and 1 sachet of vanilla sugar. Knead into a dough with the flour and baking powder, then roll out on a greased baking sheet. Separate the seven remaining eggs. Mix the egg yolks with 1kg quark and egg liqueur. Now add the pudding mix, 250g sugar, and 1 sachet of vanilla sugar and fold in. Fold in the raisins and almonds. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold into the cream. Spread the quark mixture over the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approx. 50-60 minutes.
