Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g quark (40%)
  • ½ bunch chives
  • 3 tbsp cream
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the quark, cream, and spices and stir until creamy. Finely chop the chives and add them. Tips: You can, of course, use other herbs or finely dice fresh bell peppers and add them. Those calorie-conscious can also use 20% low-fat quark, but it will taste a bit sparing, so I would advise against it.
