Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 375 g flour
  • 80 g sugar
  • 80 g butter
  • 125 ml milk
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 packet of yeast (dry yeast)
  • 250 g nuts, ground
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 125 ml cream or canned milk
  • 1 apple
  • some cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes

Make a yeast dough with the ingredients and let it rest until it has doubled in size. Toast the nuts in a dry pan and place them in a bowl. Grate the apple and add it to the nuts. Add the sugar, egg, cream, and cinnamon, then mix. Roll out the risen dough into a large sheet. Spread the filling evenly and roll the sheet into a large log. Cut not-too-thick slices with a knife, place them on baking paper, and bake at 175°C for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
