Grandma's Pineapple Stollen

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small can of pineapple
  • milk, a few spoons
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Not only tasty at Christmas time!

Make the batter. Butter a loaf pan lined with paper and line it with pineapple. Pour the batter over it and bake at 200°C for about 45 minutes. Turn the Stollen out of the pan and soak it in pineapple juice. Tip: It’s more effective to double the amount.
