Tatar or Carnival Meat

- 400 g Fillet of beef that is freshly turned through the meat grinder. The meat is mixed with
- 2 Egg yolk
- 2 tsp Sweet paprika
- 4 tsp Capers
- 0,5 Freshly cooked onion
- Salt and pepper
- 0,5 tsp Hot pepper
- The above ingredients are served unmixed on a plate. The egg yolk is served in half the egg shell. Everyone prepares their own tartare at the table. If you like (we don’t) you can also mix in a little oil and vinegar.
- The whole thing is garnished with anchovies. The tartare is eaten on gray or black bread or on rolls. I can also write the recipe in Kölsch.
