Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of vanilla sauce powder
- 30 g semolina
- 50 g sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 6 tbsp milk, cold (3.5% fat)
- 500 ml milk (3.5% fat content)
- 2 egg whites, beaten to stiff peaks
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes
Combine the vanilla sauce powder, semolina, sugar, egg yolks, and cold milk. Bring the remaining milk to a boil, stir in the vanilla sauce mixture, and simmer for about 2 minutes. Remove from the heat, fold in the egg whites, pour everything into a cold, rinsed pudding dish, and refrigerate. Tip: Serve with fruit juice or similar.
