Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 bananas
- 100 g quark
- 100 g yogurt
- 6 tbsp oat flakes
- 6 tbsp oat bran
- 2 tbsp flaxseed
- 2 tbsp raisins or dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp oat flakes
- 2 slice(s) banana(s), as desired
- 1 tbsp golden flaxseed
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and slice the bananas. Blend all ingredients, except for the topping, and place them in two bowls. Finally, garnish with the topping. Perfect for breakfast, as a healthy dessert, or as a snack.
