Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 8 cans of strawberries
  • 1 bottle of sweet white wine
  • 1 bottle of wine (strawberry sparkling wine)
  • 1 bottle of sparkling wine

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 5 minutes

Drain the strawberries, reserving the juice in a bowl. Place the drained strawberries and white wine in a large bowl or punch bowl and let them sit in the refrigerator overnight, preferably for 24 hours. Just before serving, top up with strawberry sparkling wine and sparkling wine and season with the reserved strawberry juice (be careful, it’s very sweet).
