Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 piece(s) of beef (leg)
  • 1 turnip(s), peeled and cut into bite-sized cubes
  • some peppercorns
  • some potatoes, about 1/3 as many as turnips, peeled and cut into bite-sized cubes
  • Sugar
  • Mustard
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the meat with a little salt for about 1 hour. Add the chopped turnips and peppercorns. Cook for another 30 minutes. Then add the chopped potatoes and cook for another 30 minutes. Season to taste with salt, sugar, and mustard.
