- 115 g butter
- 135 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 235 ml buttermilk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 140 g corn flour
- 125 g flour
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 175°C. Melt the butter. Add the sugar and eggs and beat until creamy. Mix the baking powder with the buttermilk and then add it to the butter mixture. Now add the flour, salt, and cornmeal and knead into a smooth dough. Pour the batter into a pan and bake for about 30 minutes. It’s best to do a toothpick test.
