Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 apples
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • possibly pear(s), grapes, etc.
  • Hazelnuts, for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Squeeze the lemon and mix the juice with the honey in a bowl. Peel and chop the banana, and mix with the lemon juice. Peel and chop the other fruits, and mix them in the bowl. Sprinkle with hazelnuts.
