Grandmother’s Christmas Biscuits

The perfect grandmother’s christmas biscuits recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1000 g Flour
  • 125 g Butter
  • 125 gr Lard
  • 250 g Palmin
  • 500 gr Sugar
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 3 piece Eggs
  • 3 packet Vanilla sugar
  1. Let the butter, lard and the palm melt (not too hot) flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs, vanilla sugar, lightly mix the liquid, cooled fat and first stir with the dough hook, then knead and let it rest for an hour!
  2. Then shape through the meat grinder with biscuits, put a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees top and bottom heat for about 7-10 minutes
  3. Let cool down and coat with couverture to taste. I always need chocolate on it !!! After drying, pack them in an airtight jar, they’ll still taste good in summer
