Granola Ginger Cookies
The perfect granola ginger cookies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Flour
- 1 Msp Baking powder
- 125 g Margarine or softened butter
- 2 tsp Finely grated ginger
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 4 tbsp Maple syrup
- 2 Pc. Eggs
- 130 ml Milk
- 150 g Organic crunchy muesli with fruit or chocolate
- 2 tbsp Candied pineapple or cranberries
- Mix the flour and baking powder. Add the ginger, margarine, vanilla sugar, maple syrup, eggs and milk and mix into a batter with the whisk of the hand mixer.
- Cut the candied pineapple into large pieces and add to the dough with the crunchy muesli. If you use cranberries, you can leave them whole. Stir in briefly. Place 6 piles on each of two baking sheets lined with baking paper and smooth out. Bake one after the other in the preheated oven on the middle rack for about 15 – 18 minutes at 200 degrees (or fan oven 175 degrees).
