Dumpling Dough Pizza

for covering:
- 150 g Grated cheese for gratin
- 350 ml Tomato, pizza or pasta sauce from the glass
- 1 Pc. Onion
- 350 g Minced meat
- 1 Pc. Red pepper
- 1 glass Olives
- Salt pepper
- 2 tbsp Finely chopped parsley
- Spices z. B. grill and pan spices, sweet paprika, smoked paprika powder, Mexico or minced meat spices
- Oil for frying and greasing the pan
- Lightly oil a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press the dumpling flat onto it and smooth it out with a spoon or your fingers.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 220 top / bottom heat on the middle rack for about 20 minutes. Take out and turn the dumpling dough.
- The topping can be prepared while the dumpling is baked in the oven. To do this, peel the onion and cut into fine half rings. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat with the onion rings for a few minutes. Cut the pepper into cubes or strips and add.
- Add the sauce. Bring to the boil and then simmer over medium heat for a few minutes. Fold in the drained olives. Season to taste with salt, pepper, parsley and spices.
- Now distribute the hack sauce on the turned pre-baked dumpling dough. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven for another 15 minutes at the same temperature.
