- 1 cocktail tomato, optional
- 2 cup(s) spinach, fresh or frozen
- 1 carrot(s)
- 150 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes
Antioxidant Day
Thaw frozen ingredients in the refrigerator. Chop all ingredients into small pieces and place in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add water and blend again. Add ice cubes if desired.
