Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cup(s) red grapes
  • 1 pear(s), pitted
  • 1 cup(s) blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cocktail tomato, optional
  • 2 cup(s) spinach, fresh or frozen
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 150 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

Antioxidant Day

Thaw frozen ingredients in the refrigerator. Chop all ingredients into small pieces and place in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add water and blend again. Add ice cubes if desired. Drink immediately after preparation! Note: Antioxidants are the guardian angels of our body cells. They can protect our bodies from harmful influences and reduce the risk of heart disease and cancer. These healthy substances are particularly found in the main ingredients: red grapes and berries.
