Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g grapes, can also be combined with other fruits
  • 3 tbsp chocolate shavings
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 100 g vanilla yogurt
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 100 ml cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Wash the grapes, halve them, and remove any seeds. Place the grapes in jars. Combine the natural yogurt, vanilla yogurt, vanilla sugar, lemon juice, and 1-2 tablespoons of sugar in a mixing bowl and whisk. Whisk the cream until stiff and fold into the yogurt mixture. Divide the finished mixture evenly among the jars. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Let it sit for another hour.
