Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g seedless grapes
- 300 g blackberries, fresh or frozen
- 150 g low-fat curd cheese
- 150 g natural yogurt
- 150 ml milk
- 50 g cream
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp pistachios, chopped
- some sugar or sweetener
- possibly cinnamon powder, for dusting

Refined dessert, quick to make
Thaw blackberries, if frozen, in a sieve. Otherwise, sort, wash, and dry. Sort, wash, and dry the grapes. Mix both thoroughly and divide them between plates or small bowls. For the sauce, whisk the quark, yogurt, milk, and lemon juice until smooth. Whip the cream until stiff and fold it into the quark and yogurt mixture along with the pistachios. Season to taste with sugar or sweetener, scatter over the berry mixture, and dust with cinnamon, if desired. Tip: Use some of the chopped pistachios for garnishing.
