Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 5 dates, dried, untreated
  • 5 figs, dried, untreated
  • 10 large grapes, green, seedless
  • 500 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 1 tbsp honey, liquid (flower honey)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

easy and fast

Combine the yogurt and honey in a bowl and whisk to combine. Chop the dates, figs, and grapes. Add the chopped fruit to the honey yogurt and fold in.
