a very special, sweet temptation!

Before filling, boil the jars in hot water. Wash and pat dry the grapes. Then boil them in about 125 ml of water for about 15 minutes, repeatedly mashing the grapes with a potato masher, for example. Then place everything in a sieve (or use a tea towel if necessary) and strain off the liquid to obtain a pure, clear juice. Measure out 750 ml of this juice and prepare it with a 500 g packet of gelling sugar according to the instructions. Continue boiling the juice with the gelling sugar for about 4-5 minutes while stirring, then add 80-100 ml of whiskey and stir in. Then pour the liquid into the prepared jars and immediately close the lids. Allow the jars to cool and then refrigerate.
