Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1.2 liters of grape juice, purchased or juiced yourself
  • 600 g sugar
  • 1 bottle of rum, 54% (750 ml)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes

Bring the grape juice and sugar to a boil and simmer for a few minutes. Let it cool completely, then add the rum and shake vigorously. Let it rest in the refrigerator for a few days. This will thicken the liqueur slightly. The liqueur can be made with green or red grapes. If you have your own grapes, juice about 3 kilograms to get the specified amount of juice, then proceed as described.
