Grapefruit-Ginger Jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 8 grapefruit(s), peeled and filleted
  • 2 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
  • 500 g gelling sugar (2:1)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine the grapefruit segments with 2 tablespoons of finely chopped fresh ginger in a large saucepan and blend until smooth using a hand blender. Then stir in the gelling sugar and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil vigorously for about 3 minutes, stirring continuously. Then pour the jam into prepared, clean, boiled-out twist-off jars and seal.
