Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 slice(s) toast bread, (sandwich toast)
- 1 mango(s), ripe
- 4 slice(s) turkey breast, smoked
- 4 slice(s) cheese for gratin e.g. Fol Epi
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp, leveled curry powder
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- ½ lime(s), juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Toast the slices of toast, cut them in half diagonally, and let them cool. Mix the mayonnaise with the curry powder and lime juice. Season with salt, pepper, and a little sugar. Spread this mixture on the cooled slices of toast. Peel the mango and cut the flesh into approximately 1cm thick slices from the stone. Score the mango slices fan-shaped and arrange them on the slices of toast. Roughly tear the turkey breast into pieces and arrange them on the mango. Place a slice of cheese on each slice and briefly gratinate the bread at 200°C under top heat. Serve warm.
