  • 2 spring onions
  • 3 tbsp sour cream / creme fraiche
  • wine, white
  • salt and pepper
  • cheese, grated

  • Parsley, chopped

Dice the onions and fry in the fat until golden brown. Meanwhile, cook the Maultaschen in the broth. When the onions are golden brown, remove them from the fat and briefly fry the drained/dry Maultaschen in a pan. Mix the sour cream, white wine and broth to make a sauce and season to taste. Arrange the fried Maultaschen on a plate, lightly pour the sour cream/creme fraiche sauce over them, add the melted onion and cheese and then bake in the oven. Finely dice the skinned tomatoes, mix them with the sliced ​​spring onions and marinate in a little lemon, sugar and olive oil, salt and pepper. Remove the baked Maultaschen from the oven and add the marinated tomato cubes without the marinade and sprinkle with parsley.
