Ingredients

- 150 g Ground peanuts
- 100 g Sugar
- 200 g Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 250 g Liquid butter
- 3 tbsp Beet syrup
- 2 Egg
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 100 ml Water
- 1 packet Chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients,
- Add the moist ingredients and stir quickly.
- 2 Line baking trays with parchment paper. Then place 2 teaspoons in small heaps on the tray.
- Put a chocolate drop in the middle. If you don't have a big one, you just take several small ones.
- You need some experience to make the dough. The cookies are baked at about 170 ° C for about 25 minutes. Should already take some color.
