Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Food starch
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  • 150 g Ground peanuts
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 200 g Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 250 g Liquid butter
  • 3 tbsp Beet syrup
  • 2 Egg
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 100 ml Water
  • 1 packet Chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Mix all dry ingredients,
  • Add the moist ingredients and stir quickly.
  • 2 Line baking trays with parchment paper. Then place 2 teaspoons in small heaps on the tray.
  • Put a chocolate drop in the middle. If you don't have a big one, you just take several small ones.
  • You need some experience to make the dough. The cookies are baked at about 170 ° C for about 25 minutes. Should already take some color.
