Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 kg beans, green
- 4 pork chops (neck), approx. 200 g each
- 4 m.-sized onion(s)
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
- e.g. salt and pepper
- some oil or margarine for frying
- some water

Wash and trim the beans, then drain in a colander. Peel the onions, then chop them roughly. Season the chops with salt and pepper, then sear them on both sides in a casserole dish in hot fat. Deglaze with a little water. Add the beans and onions and simmer in a covered pan for about 20 minutes. Stir in the tomato paste and bring back to a boil briefly.
