Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g spelt
- 250 g flour, wheat flour
- 1 cube of yeast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 250 ml water
- Oil – seeds of your choice

Mill the spelt for 1.5 minutes on the turbo setting (leave in the pot). Add the remaining ingredients to the pot: wheat flour, yeast cubes, olive oil, salt, and water. Knead everything together for 3 minutes on the bread setting. Then add the oilseed of your choice and knead for 30 seconds on the bread setting. Form the dough into a flatbread on a greased baking sheet and dust with flour. Bake at 180°C (top and bottom heat) or 160°C (fan oven). Bake for 20-25 minutes.
