Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 1 tbsp thyme, dried
- 1 tbsp oregano, dried
- 2 tbsp basil, dried
- 1 tbsp onion(s), granulated
- 1 tbsp mint, nan-
- 3 tsp paprika powder, hot, ground
- 2 tbsp chives, dried
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
for lamb, beef, pork, sauces and salads
Mix all spices together, crush larger herbs or grind in a blender. Store in an airtight container (shelf life approx. 4-6 months). Use: Sprinkle the spice over a mixed Greek salad or quark. Combined with oil, it adds a delicious flavor. Marinate approximately 500g of meat: Mix 2 tablespoons with approximately 100ml of oil and let it marinate for approximately 30 minutes, then grill or pan-fry. Please season lamb carefully, as it has a very intense flavor!
