Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 5 cup(s) Flour , 405
- 5 tbsp olive oil or corn oil
- 1 cup(s) water
- some flour
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- little salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
This dough can be used for all strudel dough dishes
Reserve some flour to cover the surface where the dough will be rolled out. Add the oil and salt to the remaining flour, then add the vinegar and water while stirring. Knead the dough thoroughly and form a ball. Let it rest in a cool place for about an hour. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. This dough can be used for all common strudel dishes.
