Press or finely chop the garlic, mix it with the remaining ingredients, and marinate the meat for about 24 hours. It’s best to do this in a vacuum-sealed bag. This marinade is perfect for pork neck or pork tenderloin. It will give it that typical flavor you’d expect from a Greek restaurant.
