Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g Kritharaki (rice-shaped noodles) or fork spaghetti
- 4 spring onions
- 1 feta cheese
- 1 large red bell pepper(s)
- 4 bags of ready-made mix (garden herbs), for salad
- Rapeseed oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Wash, trim, and finely chop the bell peppers. Wash the spring onions and finely slice them. Chop the feta cheese. Combine the ingredients in a bowl, add the salad dressing with rapeseed oil, and mix. Pairs well with grilled meat.
