Oven-baked banana split

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g almonds
  • 150 g marshmallow(s)
  • 6 bananas
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 package of ice cream (vanilla)
  • 1 sprig of mint

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Chop the marshmallows into small pieces. Roughly chop the chocolate and almonds and mix with the marshmallows. Peel the bananas, halve them lengthwise, and drizzle with lemon juice. Grease a baking dish with butter and place the bananas in it. Spread the mixture on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) until the chocolate melts. Serve with vanilla ice cream and mint leaves. This is a very filling dessert, but the kids love it.
