Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta, Greek (Kritharaki)
- 1 jar pesto, green
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 Pepper
- e.g. olive oil
- 1 point feta cheese
- e.g. basil, fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the kritharaki al dente according to the package instructions. Drain and mix in the pesto. Chop the garlic cloves, chili peppers, and plenty of olive oil in a blender and mix in. Finally, chop the feta cheese and fold it in. Let it sit for a while. To serve, chop some fresh basil and sprinkle it on top. It’s delicious with steak, bockwurst, fish, bratwurst—basically, with anything. We also like it with grilled food.
