Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 figs
- 3 plums
- 9 tbsp yogurt
- 3 tsp honey
- 3 tbsp raisins or pine nuts, roasted
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Finely slice the figs and plums. Arrange them fan-shaped on plates. Mix the yogurt and honey. Place on the carpaccio. Then top with raisins or pine nuts.
