Strawberry – Mango – Peach – Jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g strawberries, washed, stemmed and chopped
  • 300 g mango(s) pure pulp, cut into small pieces
  • 300 g peach(s), washed, pitted and chopped
  • 100 ml peach juice
  • 1 bag(s) of citric acid
  • 500 g gelling sugar 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Puree half of the fruit, add everything to a saucepan, and mix thoroughly. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 4 minutes. While still hot, pour into twist-off jars, seal, and let the jars stand upside down for about 15 minutes. The jam is very fruity. If you don’t like chunks, you can of course puree everything.
