Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cup whipped cream, 200 g
- 2 cups natural Greek yogurt, 150 g
- 4 half peaches (can)
- 3 tsp, heaped vanilla sugar (preferably homemade)
- n. B. Cane sugar, brown
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 15 minutes
A sweet and fruity layered dessert.
Whip the whipped cream. Mix the vanilla sugar and yogurt with the whipped cream. Cut the peaches into small pieces and mix them with the cream mixture. Sprinkle the bottom of the glasses with brown sugar. Spread half of the cream mixture on top. Sprinkle with brown sugar again and top with the remaining cream mixture. Add another layer of brown sugar to the cream mixture. Chill the glasses in the refrigerator for several hours before serving. The brown sugar will then melt into the cream mixture.
