Green bean salad with onions

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 jars of green beans
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 cube of vegetable stock
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • pepper
  • 250 ml water
  • 125 g bacon cubes, optional

easy and fast

Place the broad beans in a pot, bring to a boil, and drain. Peel and dice the onions. Place the beans in a bowl and add the diced onions. Bring the stock cube to a boil in the pot with 250 ml of water, 4 tablespoons of vinegar, and a pinch of sugar. Pour over the warm beans and stir in. Cover and refrigerate for about 5 hours. Season the salad with 3 tablespoons of oil and pepper before serving. If desired, stir in the bacon bits.
