Green Bean Soup

- 500 g French beans fresh
- 4 Potatoes
- 0,5 bunch Soup greens
- 125 g Jerky meat
- 2 Branches Savory
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp Food starch
- Peel and dice the potatoes, head and halve the beans, cut the soup greens into small pieces
- Sear the jerky meat and bring the vegetables with the savory and 1 liter of water to the boil, and then cut them small and simmer for about 20 minutes
